The Faculty Development Programme (FDP) of CEGR is designed to train and develop Faculty members in Personal development and entrepreneurship development so that they can act as resource persons in guiding and motivating students to take up their study in the right way. The FDPs provide inputs on process and practice of Personal development and entrepreneurship development, communication and inter-personal skills, creativity, problem solving, achievement motivation training, inputs on resource and knowledge industries. The training methodology includes case studies, group discussion, games and simulation exercise, field visits and classroom lectures. Faculty Development Programme (FDP) of CEGR aims at equipping teachers with skills and knowledge that are essential for inculcating right values in students and guiding and monitoring their progress towards entrepreneurial career.


For an individual to be successful in the global village, it is essential to have an attractive personality – a confident countenance, an assertive yet likable way of speaking and, generally, a nature that appeals to people. Our Personality Development Program will mould the personality of young people to achieve recognition and success in all areas of life. It enhances and augments their interpersonal skills. The objective of these courses is to remove or screen out those barriers or obstructions that stand in the way of the expression of individual personality, through a process of training. The key element of the PDP course is "explore". The belief behind this learning methodology is that "knowing oneself is half the battle won".
